I am a running biomechanics nerd who matches the perfect footwear to the individual runner; whilst also assessing gait movement patterns and I take pride in being known as the trainer geek.
I am an avid runner and someone who strength trains 2-3 time a week. I have sadly had to learn from personal experience of injury. The ups and downs that brings as well as being able to utilise my knowledge as an S&C coach to aid my recovery. I love to educate all ability of runner on injury preventing techniques & form. You can find me on podcasts with Jenni Falconer (Run Pod) and Hazel Wallace (The Food Medic) as well as speaking at The National Running Show, plus I write as a columnist for Womens’ Running.
I am passionate about coaching runners through programmes with an emphasis on you being strong to run and be able harness your inner athlete. To add, I am a running & group exercise instructor at Third Space London and take pride in programming runs and strength work that will help you improve, stay injury free and train for life.
